Yes. Every price is shown in Indian Rupees and includes GST. What you see on the product page is what you pay.

Free on every order, everywhere in India. No delivery charges, no handling fees, no surcharges added at checkout.

A confirmation email reaches you shortly after checkout. That one confirms we have your order. A second email follows once it is dispatched, carrying your tracking ID.

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. After that, expect 2 to 3 business days in Surat, 3 to 5 for other Indian cities, and up to 7 for remote or less accessible areas.

Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays observed in Gujarat.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM IST on a business day enter that day's processing cycle. Anything after that, or on a Sunday or public holiday, begins the next business day.

Tracking can take up to 24 hours from dispatch to go live. If it still has not updated after that, write to us and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf rather than sending you to do it.

Yes, at no cost, at any time before it has been dispatched. Email us your order number as early as you can. Once the parcel is with our courier partner, it can no longer be recalled.

Only before dispatch, and only if you reach us quickly. This is why we ask you to check your address and phone number carefully at checkout. Once a parcel is in transit, the address is fixed.

Our timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Festive peaks, courier strikes, severe weather and other events outside our control can extend them. We will keep you informed and stay with your parcel until it is delivered.

Our courier partners attempt delivery more than once, and we will also call you on the number given at checkout. If the parcel still returns to us, it is marked Return to Origin. Where that is down to an incorrect address or repeated unavailability, we refund the order value less the shipping we actually incurred and applicable taxes. Where it is our fault or the courier's, you are refunded in full.

Because it settles almost any question instantly. Record one continuous video showing the sealed parcel from all sides including the shipping label, then the unsealing, then the contents. It is the fastest route to a resolution in your favor, and claims without it are much harder for us to verify.

We do not. Our products are personal care and hygiene items, and for the safety of every customer they cannot be resold or restocked once they have left our control. This does not affect your right to a refund in the situations below, or any right you hold under law.

Four situations: your order was never delivered, it arrived damaged, it has a manufacturing defect, or an item is wrong or missing from the parcel.

You have 7 calendar days from delivery, or from the expected delivery date if the order never arrived. We acknowledge within 1 business day, verify within 5 to 6, and release approved refunds within 3 to 5 business days. Your bank may take a further 3 to 7 days to show the credit.
