Thank you for shopping with Oraza. We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read this policy to understand our dispatch & delivery timelines.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of order placement (Monday–Saturday).
• Cut‑off Time: Orders placed before 3 PM IST will enter the next-day processing cycle. Orders placed after 3 PM or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Delivery Locations & Timelines
• Surat Deliveries:
Orders destined for Surat are typically delivered within 2–3 business days after dispatch, for a total fulfillment window of 3–5 business days.
• Other Cities (Pan‑India):
For all other Indian cities, please allow a minimum of 3 business days for delivery after dispatch. In remote or less‑accessible areas, delivery may take up to 7 business days.

4. Tracking Your Order
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
1. A confirmation email with your tracking ID.
2. A link to the courier’s tracking portal.
• Please allow up to 24 hours from dispatch for tracking information to become active.

5. Exceptions & Delays
• Public Holidays & Strikes: Delivery may be delayed during regional/state holidays or unforeseen courier strikes.
• Incorrect Address: Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses may incur additional charges or delays. Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout.
• Force Majeure: Events beyond Oraza’s control (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.) may affect delivery timelines. We will notify you promptly in such cases.

Return to Origin (RTO) Policy
We strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders and make genuine efforts to contact customers in case of delivery issues. If the delivery attempt fails, we will reach out to the customer via phone.
Should the customer be unavailable to receive the call or respond, the order will be classified as Return to Origin (RTO).
Please note that in such circumstances, a full refund cannot be provided. Refunds will be processed after deducting applicable shipping charges and taxes.
